It’s important to come together to celebrate our accomplishments, connect, and learn from each other, and that’s exactly what 3,450+ of us did at the Digital Transformation Innovation Expo.

The event was designed to allow teams to learn more about the Digital Transformation capabilities we have delivered at Fannie Mae. Our digital transformation journey has been an enterprise-wide effort focused on improving technology, building our digital talent and culture, and modernizing key processes to create a better experience for our customers and advance our housing mission.

Our hybrid workforce had the option to participate in person or online, with 1,450+ in-person attendees and 2,000+ virtual attendees. Together, we were able to learn from the immense knowledge and expertise of our peers, discover the outcomes and impacts of each other’s work, and make connections across the organization.
