April 27, 2022

Fannie Mae's commitment to serve the needs of homeowners and renters in underserved markets has never been stronger. Our Duty to Serve efforts are focused on reaching low- and moderate-income families in challenged markets – Manufactured Housing, Affordable Housing Preservation, and Rural Housing. We thank the Federal Housing Finance Agency for their leadership and look forward to our continued work with them, industry stakeholders, and our business partners to provide innovative solutions to expand access, explore options, and knock down barriers in these underserved markets across the country and help more families have an affordable place to call home.
