BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., are the joint lead managers.  The co-managers include CastleOak Securities, L.P., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Drexel Hamilton LLC, FTN Financial Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan & Co., and UBS Securities LLC.
