Fannie Mae Announces Offering of New Issue 3-Year Benchmark Notes® due August 26, 2016

Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan & Co., and Nomura Securities International, Inc. are the joint lead managers.  The co-managers include, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., CastleOak Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., FTN Financial Capital Markets, Mischler Financial Group, and Williams Capital Group L.P.
