Morgan & Co. are the joint lead managers.  The co-managers include BNP Paribas Securities Corp., CastleOak Securities, L.P, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, FTN Financial Capital Markets, UBS Securities LLC, and Williams Capital Group L.P.
