Fannie Mae Announces Connecticut Ave. Securities Listing on Singapore Exchange Ltd., Intended Irish Exchange Delisting

WASHINGTON, DC – Fannie Mae (FNMA/OTC) today announced the listing of its previously-issued Connecticut Avenue Securitieson the Singapore Exchange Limited. Information about this listing is available at www.sgx.com. Fannie Mae expects that application will be made to list future offerings of Connecticut Avenue Securities on the Singapore Exchange Limited.

Fannie Mae also announced that it intends to apply to voluntarily withdraw the listing of its Connecticut Avenue Securities on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. The Company will propose in its delisting application that delisting occur in March 2017. The final day for listing, however, will ultimately depend on the effective date granted by the Irish Stock Exchange. Investors will have the ability to access information on the listed securities on the Irish Stock Exchange until the effective date of delisting.

Fannie Mae will issue a subsequent press release when the date of delisting of its Connecticut Avenue Securities is finalized with the Irish Stock Exchange.
