Jason Dandridge
Jason Dandridge is Fannie Mae's Chief Control Officer & Head of Enterprise Operations. Dandridge oversees a broad set of enterprise capabilities including enterprise Operations, First-Line Risk for the Chief Operating Office, Enterprise Resiliency and Crisis Management, management of Cyber, Information Security and Physical Security, and a suite of strategic control initiatives. He also leads enterprise-wide control improvement efforts, partnering closely with Operational Risk and first-line teams to simplify and enhance our risk framework. These capabilities are essential for safeguarding Fannie Mae, protecting sensitive data, and ensuring operational resilience, while maintaining risk independence and the flexibility to adapt to future changes.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2021, Dandridge was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, reporting to the Head of Technology, Operations, and Firm Resilience. During his tenure, he served in multiple roles including Deputy Head of Technology and Operations Risk (cybersecurity, cyber resilience, fraud prevention, technology, data security, and operations risk management), Head of Strategy and Business Management for Technology and Global Head of Fraud Prevention, and Head of the Baltimore People Center. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Dandridge spent more than fifteen years at Capital One, most recently serving as Managing Vice President and Head of Risk Operations for the Retail Bank. In this capacity, he led risk analytics, fraud, claims, collections, recoveries, lending, customer advocacy, and debit operations.
Dandridge holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia (Management of Information Systems) and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (Strategy and Operations). He also serves on the board of the non-profit Adoption-Share focusing on improving the lives of at-risk children.
