Bradley Bolivar is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for driving the delivery of essential technology capabilities, future-ready data and AI capabilities that strengthen Fannie Mae’s technology ecosystem and define the next horizon of technology priorities. He also oversees Fannie Mae’s infrastructure, business applications, enterprise data assets, and technology innovation initiatives.
Before his current role, Bolivar served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer. He was responsible for partnering with the company’s business and corporate functions, including Multifamily, Single-Family, Capital Markets, and Finance, to deliver technology transformation and capabilities critical to the company’s business strategy.
Before joining Fannie Mae, Bolivar was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Engineering and Architecture at Warner Bros. Entertainment. During his tenure, he was part of Warner Bros. Entertainment’s technology leadership team and oversaw technology and strategy for company-wide initiatives, on premise and in the cloud, including privacy compliance, application security, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, application integration, database administration, and centers of excellence supporting testing and robotic processing automation. Before Warner Bros. Entertainment, he served in a technology leadership role with Sapient Corporation within their Financial Services and Automotive divisions.
Bolivar has a B.S. in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
