All lenders must transition to the new Loan Delivery before Feb. 1, as the old Loan Delivery will not accept new submissions as of this date. Refer to the New Loan Delivery Application page for training and resources.
Use Additional Data Elements (ADE) to submit borrower and housing goals data and produce convenient and easy-to-read reports.
Review the resources on the New Loan Delivery page to learn about what the new application offers our customers. Transition period runs from Dec. 1 to Feb. 1, 2016.
Begin testing the Dec. 1 enhancements in the new Loan Delivery Test Environment (LDTE). To support testing, several new resources are available: User Guide, Business Rules Dictionary, Test Cases, and more.
