Coming Soon: A New Way for Application Users to Access Help
Beginning in May, the Help Center available within our Fannie Mae applications is being retired and replaced by a new Technology Support page. This new page will describe how to contact us via phone or web chat, and include a link to search for help online. We hope this will make it easier for you to seek assistance or information regarding your Fannie Mae technology application(s).

Effective during the weekend of March 5, 2016, Fannie Mae will make a security update to require "SHA-2 certificate" compatibility for access to Desktop Underwriter, Desktop Originator, and EarlyCheck through a Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) web browser. User impact is expected to be very minimal because newer browser versions are already SHA-2 compatible. Contact your organization’s information technology department if you experience any issues.
Register online for Desktop Originator (DO). Once your registration is accepted by a sponsoring lender, you can begin using DO to gain access to fast, objective loan recommendations as well as many other cost and timesaving features.
Add new sponsoring lender relationships via Request Additional Sponsorship(s) link in Technology Manager.
