Start Delivering ULDD Phase 3! The GSEs announced the ULDD Phase 3 data points will be required in May 2019. Review the updated ULDD Appendices to become familiar with the ~30 new data points and updates to existing data. Lenders may now begin delivering a portion of the ULDD Phase 3 data in Loan Delivery and EarlyCheck. Get started today!
