APS for Modifications and Mortgage Release alert Every day, 24 hours a day. ***ALERT: APS may be unavailable from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET Sunday, January 27th, due to planned system maintenance.
Asset Management Network Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.
Collateral Underwriter Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

SMDU alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 7 p.m. ET Sunday to 5 a.m. ET Monday due to maintenance. For SMDU Case Management, refer to the AMN application hours of availability. ***ALERT: SMDU UI will be unavailable from 10 p.m. ET Friday, January 18, to 2 a.m. ET Saturday, January 19, due to the SMDU Version 7.18.1 implementation. Please do not submit any transactions during this timeframe as they will be rejected.
