Asset Management Network Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday.
Collateral Underwriter Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Condo Project Manager Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Credit Variance Administration System alert Every day, 24 hours a day. ***ALERT: The Credit Variance Administration System application will be unavailable from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Saturday, Sept. 30, due to system upgrades.
Desktop Originator Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Desktop Underwriter Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

Quality Assurance System Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, except the first Sunday after the first business day of the month due to maintenance.
Servicer Expense Reimbursement Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day. Sunday, 9 a.m. to midnight ET.
SMDU alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 7 p.m. ET Sunday to 5 a.m. ET Monday due to maintenance. ***ALERT: To implement SMDU Version 7.4, SMDU will be unavailable from 10 p.m. ET Friday, Oct. 6 to 2 p.m. ET Saturday, Oct. 7.
