APS for Modifications and Mortgage Release Every day, 24 hours a day.
Asset Management Network Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.
Collateral Underwriter alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance. ***ALERT: CU will be unavailable from 12 a.m. (midnight) until 4 a.m. ET on Sunday, August 25 due to scheduled maintenance.
Condo Project Manager Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.

UCDP alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 3 a.m. ET Sunday due to maintenance. ***ALERT: Appraisals submitted to UCDP between 12 a.m. (midnight) until 4 a.m. ET on Sunday, August 25, 2019 will be held due to planned system maintenance of Collateral Underwriter (CU) and will show as “In Progress.” Following the outage, UCDP will process the appraisal submissions and return CU scores and messages.
