Application Availability Status
APS for Modifications and Mortgage Release Every day, 24 hours a day.
Asset Management Network Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Loan modifications that close between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET will bridge to Investor Reporting the following night. Files are processed Monday through Saturday. No processing occurs Sunday. Due to SIR Loanfinder maintenance, HSSN Case creation will be unavailable from 8 p.m. to midnight ET on the second business day of each month.
Collateral Underwriter alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from midnight to 4 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance. ***ALERT: Some CU functionality may be unavailable from 5 p.m. ET Saturday, November 17 to 5 a.m. ET Sunday, November 18, due to extended maintenance of UCDP. Users will not be able to access UCDP to submit appraisals during this time; CU users will be able to review appraisals submitted prior to the outage.
Condo Project Manager Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Credit Variance Administration System Every day, 24 hours a day.
Desktop Originator Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Desktop Underwriter Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance.
Document Certification Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 5 p.m. ET Saturday to 8 a.m. ET Sunday due to maintenance.
EarlyCheck alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET the first and third Sundays each month due to maintenance. ***ALERT: EarlyCheck will be unavailable from 9 p.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018 until 2:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, Nov.17, 2018, due to system updates and maintenance. Loans submitted to EarlyCheck during this outage will not receive EarlyCheck results. Users should submit loans once the outage has concluded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Fannie Mae Connect Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. ET the third Sunday each month due to maintenance.

PE - MBS Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 10 p.m. ET Saturday to 6 a.m. ET Sunday the third week each month due to maintenance.
PE - Whole Loan Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 6 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. ET daily and from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET Sunday, and from 1 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET every third Sunday due to maintenance.
Quality Assurance System Every day, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, except the first Sunday after the first business day of the month due to maintenance.
Servicer Expense Reimbursement Monday through Saturday, 24 hours a day. Sunday, 9 a.m. to midnight ET.
SMDU alert Every day, 24 hours a day, except from 7 p.m. ET Sunday to 5 a.m. ET Monday due to maintenance. ***ALERT: SMDU will be unavailable from 10 p.m. ET on Friday, November 16 to 12 p.m. ET Saturday, November 17, due to the SMDU Version 7.17 implementation. Please do not submit any transactions during this timeframe as they will be rejected.
SURF Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
