CVAS Tracker Log Error
Following a recent technical and security update to the Credit Variance Administration System (CVAS), we have identified an error related to the Tracker Log. If you use the Tracker Log (under the Reports / Tracking menu), select a status option in the "Status" drop-down menu within the Detailed Criteria box, you may receive an error message stating "The status you requested is invalid" (and the list of records does not display). If you receive this message, please use one of these workarounds: Select "All" to show results, or look up a specific record using the ID search.
An update to correct this issue is being developed and is scheduled to be implemented in December as part of the next scheduled CVAS release. We apologize for any inconvenience while this error is being addressed.
CVAS has been updated with enhancements to provide a better overall user experience through single sign-on capabilities and improved system navigation and functionality.
The CVAS web address is now https://cvas.fanniemae.com/cvas. Please bookmark this page after logging in through the new single sign-on screen. CVAS will still be accessible from the Launch App button on the CVAS web page.
