DUS Insights is a powerful, intuitive tool that allows users to pull property income and expense comps based on the data in our Multifamily book of business.

Thanks to the richness of that data, users can easily find the right comparables across key markets, submarkets, or product types. DUS Insights also allows users to analyze operating expense info and share findings across teams.

Now, lenders can find and analyze the right comps to get deals done faster. It’s just one more way we’re making it easier to do business with us.

The hours of operation for the system are: 6 AM to 2 AM on business days.
