Missing/Defective Document Request Report Updated by Lender Request
In response to lender requests, the Missing/Defective Document Request report now maintains information for 60 days on your document submissions (shown by loan number). Tip: Documents that Fannie Mae requested will always be on top, followed by any documents you submitted without a request. If a Document Due Date is displayed and the Document Received Date is blank, the requested document must be provided to Fannie Mae by the due date.
The updated matrix features easier navigation, a simpler look and feel, and streamlined documentation requirements for some data attributes and SFCs.
The Loan Quality Center (LQC) FT Portal is an electronic file submission platform through which lenders submit loan files that have been selected for a post-purchase file review. The LQC FT Portal replaces paper and/or CD/DVD loan file submissions for lenders with low to medium file request volumes (higher-volume lenders may invest in Lender Direct (B2B) integration). Files uploaded through the FT Portal are visible in QAS within 2 business days or less.
