The Loan Delivery Test Environment (LDTE) is available to Fannie Mae delivering lenders who wish to test their production-ready Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) data.

Attention: New enhancements are available in LDTE effective Sept. 10, 2013 (see Release Notes below for details). Technology Manager Administrators MUST log into Technology Manager to request LDTE access for their staff. Once complete, LDTE users will access the system with their Loan Delivery Production user IDs/passwords.

  • Announcing the LDTE Upgrade (Sept. 10, 2013)

    New enhancements are available in the Loan Delivery Test Environment (LDTE) effective Sept. 10, 2013. This includes the ability to log in using Loan Delivery production user IDs and passwords, as well as testing with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Appraisal Document File Identifier (Appraisal Doc File ID) dummy/test data.

    LDTE provides the ability to test the ULDD data fields, which are required for manual entry or import of the loan delivery XML file as of July 23, 2012, in the Loan Delivery application. Use LDTE to check your readiness for production and test almost all Loan Delivery business rules (excludes DU Compare, Loan Limits, and the Appraisal Doc File ID matching rules).
