On December 13, 2023, Fannie Mae released updates to the Selling Guide to include policies and procedural requirements for Fannie Mae's purchase of eMortgages. As a result of this update, the Guide to Delivering eMortgages has been retired. Information on where to find eMortgage topics in the Selling Guide can be found in this new resource.
