HSSN allows servicers to submit Fannie Mae loss mitigation workout cases via the Internet, as well as report delinquencies each month via Delinquency Reporting. The use of the Loss Mitigation module is required for submitting workout cases to Fannie Mae.
REO Notifications allow loan servicers and REO vendors to submit and report on activities related to the foreclosure and disposition of REO properties.
