Introducing Fannie Mae Connect – New Reporting Solution Drives Efficiency

Today we launched Fannie Mae Connect – a new solution that streamlines and centralizes key data and analytics by consolidating multiple reporting applications in one convenient location.
We believe that providing our customers with timely and relevant access to data and reports on their business is a contributing factor to their overall satisfaction. Our aim is to make doing business with Fannie Mae simple and certain – and we're doing this by delivering easy, self-serve access to the data, reports, and analytics our partners need.
With Fannie Mae Connect, users have on-demand access to their data and published content, including standalone and dynamic reports with drill-down and advanced customizable capabilities.
This new release focuses on specific reports that support our servicing exceptions, Representation and Warranty Relief reports, and Customer Data Quality reports. In the future, we'll continue to consolidate existing reports, including new content to enrich the customer experience and enhance the solutions and services we provide.
