    GlobalCapital, a key publication covering news and opinion for international capital markets, has named Fannie Mae Overall Best Securitization Issuer for the third straight year. This award is voted on by investors, and our winning streak is a great endorsement of how our investor customers perceive the company. Fannie Mae's leading-edge solutions such as Multifamily's Green Bond Program and Single-Family's flagship Connecticut Avenue Securities® (CAS) Program were highlighted as main contributors to the industry recognition.

    Fannie Mae Procurement and Data Governance teams recently received the 2019 Impact Award for Process Improvement & Value Creation from Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON). The Impact Awards are a globally recognized, annual industry recognition, which honors Shared Service Centers and service delivery teams who have exceeded industry standards in their Shared Services & Outsourcing initiatives.
