Create a New User

Performed by Corporate Administrators and User Administrators

This section explains how to create a new user of Fannie Mae Technology applications and assigns the user to a user group.  After completing this procedure, you will need to grant the user access to an application.

  1. On the Home Page, click the Create New User link.

  2. The Create User Profile and Security Information screen appears.  Click the Pick User Group link.


  3. The Pick User Group window appears.  Select the desired user group(s), then click Select.

  4. Complete the remaining required fields on this screen, including the 4-digit PIN, then click Create New User to save your changes.
