Agreement is an “umbrella” document that supplements the general guidelines and requirements
of Fannie Mae’s Selling Guide and Servicing Guide and sets out the additional terms
under which Fannie Mae will do business with a lender.
This SERVICING EXECUTION TOOL - MORTGAGE LOAN SERVICING PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
