Prospectus Supplements/Preliminary Data Statements

Prospectus Supplements/Preliminary Data Statements contain information about a specific Stripped Mortgage-Backed Security (SMBS).

Generally, a Prospectus supplement is prepared for each series of SMBS certificates at the time of issuance.

Preliminary Data Statements were issued prior to 2008. On occasion, the information that would have been provided in the Preliminary Data Statement was instead included in the Final Data Statement. In such cases, a Preliminary Data Statement was not prepared.
