Fannie Mae publishes a Class Factors file for each REMIC and Grantor Trust on or after the 11th calendar day of each month. The class factors are numbers, carried to the eighth decimal place, that when multiplied by the original principal (or original notional principal) balance of each class of certificates, can be used to calculate the current principal (or current notional principal) balance of that certificate, after taking into account principal payments in the same month (as well as any addition to principal in the case of accrual classes). Each REMIC and Grantor Trust Class Factors file listed below is presented as a text-formatted file (.TXT).
The following files contain monthly class factor information for each Fannie Mae-issued REMIC and Grantor Trust and the related classes. The monthly payment information provided includes the Trust number, issue date, class name, class CUSIP number, and class factor.
