Yield Maintenance Details

The Yield Maintenance Period End Dates report (PDF) provides the Yield Maintenance period end dates applicable to select multifamily loans backing MBS. This report covers MBS/DUS issued before June 2003. To access this information for pools with an issue date of June 2003 or after, please reference the relevant prospectus supplements.

The Monthly Yield Maintenance Factor file can be used to calculate the amount of yield maintenance that will be passed through in the current month. This file will be published on or around the fifth business day each month. The file layout definition is available in the Multifamily Yield Maintenance Factor file layout (PDF). Each file listed below is presented as a text-formatted file (.TXT).

NOTE: The Yield Maintenance Details report published on or about October 8, 2012, did not contain information concerning the yield maintenance prepayment premium collected for pool 466775 which is included in REMIC 2011 M1. The prepayment factor for this pool is 0.2959712900. The prepayment premium will be passed through to certificate holders on October 25, 2012. The October 2012 Yield Maintenance Details report will not be updated to reflect pool 466775.
