Loans No Longer Part of a MAST Transaction

The table below lists loans that are no longer part of a MAST™ transaction due to default, casualty, or condemnation. Fannie Mae guarantees that even if a loan is prepaid due to default, casualty, or condemnation, interest will be paid to MAST investors on time and principal will be paid to MAST investors in accordance with the original amortization schedule and maturity date of the loan.
