The report below provides issuance and prepayment performance data on outstanding multifamily DUS loans with an initial term of 10 years and 9.5 years of yield maintenance backing Fannie Mae MBS.

This posting is updated quarterly approximately 45 days following the end of the quarter. Prepayments that occur after quarter end, and before the report is posted, will be reflected in the next quarterly report.
