MBS Loan Level Delinquency 60-Plus Days

The files below list the multifamily loans backing an MBS that are at least 60 days delinquent in payment of the monthly principal and interest payments on the "as of date" indicated.

This posting is updated monthly around the 6^th business day of each month. For example, a current month report dated November would be posted on or about November 10^th and would show delinquency data with an October 1^st "as of date." If the borrower made a monthly principal and interest payment on August 1^st, but failed to make monthly principal and interest payments due on September 1^st, and October 1^st, the report would show the loan as being 60 days delinquent that November.

The information we are disclosing is the most current as provided to us by the servicers of the referenced loans. Additional information concerning the loans listed below can be found in Multifamily Securities Locator Service.

As a reminder, Fannie Mae guarantees the timely receipt of monthly principal and interest payments on these MBS (please refer to your prospectus and prospectus supplement for details).
