As of November 1, 2018, Multifamily securities ineligible for re-securitization were no longer posted on the files below, but is available in DUS Disclose®.

The Securities Ineligible for Re-Securitization list identifies Single-Family MBS, Mega, SMBS, and REMIC securities which are ineligible for delivery into a new Fannie Mae Mega, REMIC, SMBS or other MBS-backed Structured Transaction. Generally, these securities are ineligible due to subtype and/or prefix discrepancies or other issues which may adversely impact the accuracy of disclosures. These securities will remain on the list until the underlying issue has been resolved. The list will be updated regularly to reflect any changes to the population of ineligible securities.

The following file, presented as both a Portable Document Format (.PDF) and a text-formatted file (.TXT), contains these affected pools.
