Deferred Interest Factors

Fannie Mae has begun disclosing deferred interest factors on a pool level, for pools that allow deferred interest or negative amortization. These factors will be disclosed on or around the 5th business day of each month. The following data elements are provided in this file:

• Record date,
• Payment date,
• CUSIP number,
• Pool prefix,
• Pool number,
• Deferred interest factor, and
• Deferred interest amount.
