Fannie Mae Provides Additional Guidance to Lenders Regarding Hurricane Sandy 

On November 1, 2012, Fannie Mae informed lenders in a single-family selling guide announcement regarding delivery of single-family loans that are in areas impacted by disasters such as Hurricane Sandy. Today, Fannie Mae provided additional guidance to lenders regarding Hurricane Sandy.
