Fannie Mae Expands Single-Family MBS Loan Level Disclosure

On May 22, 2012, Fannie Mae will begin publishing seven additional at-issuance loan-level disclosure data elements for its newly-issued Single-Family MBS, beginning with pools settling on or after May 21, 2012.  With this release, Fannie Mae has expanded the number of at-issuance loan-level disclosure elements from 42 to 49, which will be available in the New Issues Statistics tab in PoolTalk^®. 

The additional loan-level data elements are:

• Debt-to-Income Ratio
• First-Time Home Buyer Indicator
• Mortgage Insurance Percentage
• Number of Borrowers
• Original Combined Loan–to-Value (CLTV)
• Property Type - Dwelling Type
• Third-Party Originator (TPO)
