Fannie Mae Files Initial Report in Compliance with SEC Rule 15Ga-1

Today, February 9, 2012, Fannie Mae completed the filing of its initial report in compliance with Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 15Ga-1. Rule 15Ga-1 requires securitizers to disclose certain information concerning assets that were the subject of a demand to repurchase for breach of a representation and warranty concerning the pool assets. The initial disclosure consists of thirty-nine 25 MB HTML files available on the SEC's EDGAR system; please consider the file size and document length prior to opening or printing.
