Pascal Boillat
Senior Vice President
Operations and Technology

Pascal Boillat is Fannie Mae's Senior Vice President and Head of Operations and Technology. He reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Boillat has direct responsibility for all development, infrastructure, and operations services across the firm. He also leads the program management and technology integration of the company’s strategic initiatives, a series of projects designed to improve the company’s processes and infrastructure, and help build a better housing finance system for the future. In addition, he oversees Corporate Facilities and Services and Corporate Security and Resiliency.

Before joining Fannie Mae in late 2009, Mr. Boillat was the Managing Director – Institutional Client Group Technology for Citigroup. Earlier, Mr. Boillat was the Managing Director – Capital Markets Practice for BearingPoint, and Partner – Market Infrastructure at Capco. He also served as Senior Manager – Financial Services Practice at KPMG Consulting, and as Vice President – Treasury for Credit Suisse Group.

Mr. Boillat has a bachelor of science in electronic engineering from Zurich University. He also completed business financial and economics course work at New York University and graduated from the Executive International Banking School of Credit Suisse Group.
