WASHINGTON DC -- Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE) today announced several senior management resignations.

Resigning from the company are Chief Business Officer Peter Niculescu; Executive Vice President and General Counsel Beth A. Wilkinson; Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Rahul Merchant; and Senior Vice President for Government and Industry Relations Duane Duncan.

"Peter, Beth, Rahul, and Duane have provided dedicated service to our company and made significant contributions, and I wish them the best as they pursue their futures," said Herbert M. Allison, Fannie Mae president and chief executive officer.
