PoolTalk
Fannie Mae provides access to PoolTalk®, an easy-to-use tool, that retrieves pool-level information on its securities, including Fannie Mae Fixed-Rate and Adjustable-Rate MBS, Megas, SMBS, REMICs, and Grantor Trusts. To locate up-to-date pool data, users can search for a security by:
- Fannie Mae MBS pool number,
- REMIC or SMBS trust number and class name,
- CUSIP number, or
- selecting criteria in the Advanced Search option.
PoolTalk's search results provide the most requested information on our securities, including current and historical factors, CUSIP numbers, original issue balances, interest rates, issue and maturity dates, weighted-average coupons (WACs), and weighted-average maturities (WAMs). In addition, users can now obtain through PoolTalk all of the pool data information disclosed on Fannie Mae's Prospectus Supplement Retrieval System (eProSupp) for each fixed- and adjustable-rate security.

on our Mortgage-Backed Securities, Fannie
Mae has updated the Fannie
Mae MBS Monthly Reporting Data Methodology
(PDF). The methodology explains certain
information regarding the mortgage pool
data that we provide to Fannie Mae MBS certificateholders
on a monthly basis. This information is
reported to us by the current servicer of
the mortgage loans and is based on the remaining
mortgage loans in a pool.
