Pool Data Direct™ makes available monthly disclosure information about Fannie Mae MBS. A user can download an array of monthly investor trading and analysis information in bulk. The following data files are available:
- MBS Stats™,
- Fixed-Rate Quartile,
- ARM Stats™,
- GEO Stats™,
- Adjustable-Rate Quartile,
- Supplemental,
- Interest Only,
- DMBS, and
- Current Weighted Average Pass-Through Rates for Actual/360 Megas.
File Layouts are provided to assist users in formatting the downloadable data for their own use. Due to the size of the data files, users should check their system requirements to ensure that they have the system capacity to download each file. Sample data files and file sizes are provided.
New data files will be posted as they are created and will be available from posting through the end of that same month. The files will then no longer be available. While new files are being posted, no files will be accessible via this tool.
