The Multifamily
Securities Locator Service provides access
to detailed information on the composition
and performance of Fannie Mae’s multifamily
securities.
Through a new user interface, users can
search for and track securities, view reports
of loan activity, and download multifamily
MBS data. Users can create and save their
Fannie Mae Multifamily MBS portfolios that
will allow them to monitor specific MBS
without having to perform a new search each
time they enter the tool. Registered users
also can choose to receive e-mail updates
on changes to the pools in their created
portfolios.
