Prospectus Supplement Retrieval System (eProSupp)

Fannie Mae's Prospectus Supplement Retrieval System (eProSupp) is an easy-to-use tool that lets users retrieve most of the Fannie Mae MBS (single-family) and Mega (single-family and multifamily) Prospectus Supplements issued from May 1996 to the present.

How eProSupp Works
Users can search for prospectus supplements by entering any combination of up to 20 pool numbers and/or CUSIP numbers. Alternatively, eProSupp's Advanced Search capabilities allow users to search for securities by:
  • product,
  • amortization type,
  • issue date,
  • pool closing date,
  • book entry date,
  • pass-through rate,
  • pool prefix,
  • maximum number per page, and
  • seller.
The system will display the results of the search. Available prospectus supplements are presented in PDF for easy printing.

E-Mail Notification for Prospectus Supplements
Each morning after a pool is closed, an e-mail can be sent to the designated registered user(s) indicating the prospectus supplements are available for retrieval. For your convenience, the e-mail will include a link to eProSupp. To receive the e-mail notification, please complete the registration form (DOC).

If you're looking for supplement information on a prospectus created prior to May 1996 or otherwise not available on eProSupp, you can send an e-mail request to MBS Operations via the system.

Some of the disclosure and other documents we provide are available in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe® Reader® software used to view a PDF is available at www.adobe.com.

For questions regarding the prospectus information available, please contact an MBS Prospectus Supplement Helpline representative at 1-800-940-4646, option 4.
