In May and August 2009, Fannie Mae posted Multifamily MBS DUS Performance Data reports for the first and second quarters of 2009, respectively. In the report for each quarter, the values reported in the columns "Total by MBS Issuance Year" in the "Scheduled Payoffs and Prepayments with Yield Maintenance" table and in the "Prepayments Without Yield Maintenance" table were incorrect because the values did not include 2008 data. These values have now been corrected and are reflected in corrected MBS DUS Performance Data reports for the first and second quarters of 2009, which were posted on November 5, 2009 and are available at the following link: Monthly Reporting Data. The third quarter 2009 MBS DUS Performance Data report will be published later in November.
