The weighted average maturity (or "WAM") values displayed in our ongoing disclosure files for the month of August 2009 have been revised for certain single-family MBS pools to correct the previously published August values. Attached is a list of the single-family pools affected and the corrected August WAM values for those pools (.xls format and .txt format). We have not revised the "Months Remaining to Maturity" quartile fields in the ongoing disclosure files to take into account the corrected August WAM values.
