This section provides access to:
- Factors,
- Recently Priced Transactions,
- Whole Loan REMIC/SMBS Pseudopool Data,
- Whole Loan Servicing Strip Reports,
- Specific Deal Search, and
- Latest SMBS Postings.
Monthly SMBS Class Factors files contain monthly payment information for Fannie Mae-issued SMBS classes.
Recently Priced Transactions provide summary information of each recently priced transaction, including trust number, dealer, approximate deal amount, expected settlement date, approximate group principal amount, approximate group notional amount, coupon rate, and collateral type.
Whole Loan REMIC/SMBS Pseudopool Data files contain information at the pseudopool level.
Whole Loan Servicing Strip Report files contain information about the mortgage loans underlying Fannie Mae-issued whole loan strips.
Specific Deal Search lets users search available information on a specific SMBS deal. Users can search SMBS by CUSIP Number or Trust Number.
The Latest
SMBS Postings page provides access to
SMBS Prospectuses, SMBS Final Data Statements,
SMBS Prospectus Supplements, SMBS Factors,
and Whole Loan Servicing Strip reports released
within the last 30 days. Or, in some cases,
if a document was released more than 30 days
ago, access will be given to the latest relevant
document or documents. Preliminary Data Statements
were issued prior to 2008.
