Factors files contain monthly payment information for Fannie Mae-issued REMIC and Grantor trust classes.

Supplemental Factors contain monthly payment information for matured classes, accrual classes paying principal, component classes, Ginnie Mae-backed securities projected factors, and non-guaranteed interest shortfall amounts.

Monthly Floater Resets documents contain monthly reset information for floating and inverse floating rate REMIC and Grantor trust classes.

Recently Priced Transactions provide summary information of each recently priced transaction, including trust number, dealer, approximate deal amount, expected settlement date, approximate group principal amount, approximate group notional amount, coupon rate, and collateral type.

The REMIC CUSIPs page contains a list of classes for deals settled within the last 60 days and their assigned CUSIP numbers.

REMIC Relay provides summary information of each deal, including issuer, pricing date, settlement date, and structuring information. Certain collateral information for each class in the deal is also available, such as type, coupon, WAM, and age.

Whole Loan data transactions provide access to REMIC collateral data in the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Remittance Report, Whole Loan REMIC/SMBS Pseudopool Report, Wisconsin Avenue Securities (WAS) REMIC Data, and Multifamily REMIC Loan Payment Data.

Specific Deal Search lets users search available information on a specific REMIC deal. Users can search REMICs by CUSIP Number or Trust Number.

For Mega pools backed by underlying MBS or other Mega pools with subtype discrepancies, Fannie Mae will keep them ineligible for delivery into a new Fannie Mega pool or REMIC. The Mega Pools Ineligible for Mega and REMIC Re-Securitization page provides a list of these Mega pools and percentages of the affected remaining unpaid principal balance.

The Latest REMIC Postings page provides access to REMIC Prospectuses, REMIC Final Data Statements, REMIC Supplements, and REMIC Factors released within the last 30 days. Or, in some cases, if a document was released more than 30 days ago, access will be given to the latest relevant document or documents.
