Mega Pools Ineligible for Mega and REMIC Re-Securitization

Fannie Mae will no longer announce the publication of the Mega Pools Ineligible for Re-securitization list each month. Going forward, the list will continue to be updated and posted to the website by the 14th business day of each month.

In March 2006, we reported that several Mega pools backed by underlying MBS pools with subtype discrepancies would continue to be ineligible for delivery into a new Fannie Mae Mega pool or REMIC (click here for announcement). As of today, we must continue to keep a number of these Mega pools on the ineligible list.

The following file, presented as both a Portable Document Format (.PDF) and a text-formatted file (.TXT), contains these related Mega pools and percentages of the affected remaining unpaid principal balance referred to in the announcement. The list will be updated on a monthly basis and published by the 14th business day of each month.
