Mega Pools Ineligible for Re-Securitization

Fannie Mae no longer announces the publication of the Mega Pools Ineligible for Re-securitization list each month. The list will be updated and posted to the website by the 14th business day of each month.

The Mega Pools Ineligible for Re-securitization list identifies Mega pools which are ineligible for delivery into a new Fannie Mae Mega pool, REMIC, SMBS or other MBS backed Structured Transaction. Generally, these Mega pools are backed by underlying MBS pools with subtype and/or prefix discrepancies. In addition, the list identifies Mega pools backed by previously issued REMIC securities which are currently ineligible for delivery into new Mega pools. These pools will remain on the list until the underlying issue has been resolved. The list will be updated on a monthly basis and published by the 14th business day of each month.

The following file, presented as both a Portable Document Format (.PDF) and a text-formatted file (.TXT), contains these related Mega pools and percentages of the affected remaining unpaid principal balance.
