Recently Priced Mega Transactions provides preliminary, security-level information for each priced Mega.

Throughout the month, Fannie Mae settles Mega transactions and posts the relevant Monthly Collateral Summary. For the current settlement month, the file contains Megas that have closed as of the current date. For earlier settlement months, the file contains Megas that have closed during the specified month.

Factors (Ginnie Mae-backed Megas) contain monthly payment information for Fannie Mae-issued Megas backed by Ginnie Mae securities.

The Specific Deal Search lets users search available information on a specific Mega. Users can search Megas by Trust Number.

For Mega pools backed by underlying MBS or other Mega pools with subtype discrepancies, Fannie Mae will keep them ineligible for delivery into a new Fannie Mega pool or REMIC. The Mega Pools Ineligible for Mega and REMIC Re-Securitization page provides a list of these Mega pools and percentages of the affected remaining unpaid principal balance.

The Latest Mega Postings page provides access to Mega Prospectuses, Mega Final Data Statements, and Mega Monthly Collateral Summary released within the last 30 days. In some cases, if a document was released more than 30 days ago, access will be given to the latest relevant document or documents.

Certain Mega pools may be exchanged for related SMBS. The Mega Pools Exchangeable for SMBS page provides a list of Mega pools with this feature.
