MBS
This section provides access to:
- CRA-Targeted Fannie Mae MBS,
- Fannie Majors,
- Single-Family ARM MBS Subtypes,
- New Issues,
- New Issues Pool Statistics,
- Dissolved Pools, and
- Deferred Interest Factors.
The CRA-Targeted Fannie Mae MBS page lists Fannie Mae MBS that can help originators and institutions seeking to purchase a qualified CRA-targeted investment.
The Fannie Majors page provides access to 7-year Balloon; 10-, 15-, 20-, and 30-year fixed-rate Fannie Majors information; as well as 5/1 Uniform Hybrid ARM information.
On the Single-Family ARM MBS Subtypes page, users have access to the alpha-numeric codes that identify adjustable-rate securities characteristics such as index, initial fixed-rate period, rate and payment adjustment frequency and caps, convertibility, and other features.
The New Issues page provides access to Fannie Mae MBS pools that have closed on a specific day. These files are available for the previous 30 days and all information relating to these transactions is preliminary and subject to change up to 48 hours prior to the Book-Entry Delivery Date for the securities.
The New Issues Pool Statistics page provides access to files containing at issuance data on all Fannie Mae MBS pools closed on a specific day. These files are available for the previous 30 days and all information relating to these transactions is preliminary and subject to change up to 48 hours prior to the Book-Entry Delivery Date for the securities.
The MBS Dissolved Pools page provides a monthly list of dissolved Fannie Mae MBS Pools. Consistent with our policy, Fannie Mae dissolves pools either with the agreement of all investors owning the Fannie Mae MBS or pursuant to the terms of the related trust indenture (e.g., repurchases due to breaches of one or more mortgage loan representations warranties). A dissolution with the consent of all investors may be granted upon Fannie Mae's review of the particular facts and circumstances.
The Deferred Interest Factors page provides deferred interest factors on a pool level, for pools that allow deferred interest or negative amortization.
Some of the disclosure and other documents we provide are available in Portable Document Format (PDF). Adobe® Reader® software used to view a PDF is available at www.adobe.com.
