Beginning with March 1, 2009 issuances, Fannie Mae will begin providing a full rolling disclosure for Fannie Majors pools. This "rolling" or interim prospectus supplement will update each time a piece settles, producing disclosure for the investors, the dealers, and regulators currently not available prior to the overall settlement of a Majors pool.

Fannie Mae to Begin Disclosing Weighted Average Combined Loan to Value
January 6, 2009
Fannie Mae will begin disclosing Weighted Average Combined Loan to Value (WA CLTV) for its Single-Family mortgage-backed securities issued on or after March 1, 2009. The WA CLTV will be disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement and will also be available on ePoolTalk and the New Issues Pool Statistics (NIPS) File. The NIPS file layout is being updated to include WA CLTV which will take effect January 24, 2009 and will be populated beginning with March 1, 2009 issuances.
