Updates to the Multifamily MBS 60-Plus Days Delinquency Report

Beginning November 10, 2008, Fannie Mae will publish the 60-plus days delinquency report for loans in Multifamily MBS on the 6th business day of the month. This change reflects an effort to provide delinquency information to investors within one month of our being notified by the servicer that a loan is 60 days delinquent.

Beginning with the 2007 tax year, Fannie Mae has created a new tax reporting Web site for mortgage-backed securities. The Web site will provide tax reporting information and will take the place of mailed tax reports in accordance with U.S. Treasury Department regulations for widely-held fixed investment trusts (WHFITs).
