Fannie Mae revised the pool prefix definition for Pool Prefixes 2X & YB. Pool Prefix 2X was originally assigned to pools with 2nd lien balloons maturing or due in seven years. Pool Prefix YB was originally assigned to Mega pools with 2nd lien balloons maturing or due in seven years. The definitions for both prefixes have been revised to include 2nd lien balloons maturing or due in fifteen years.
