DMBS Factors on PoolTalk and Pool Data Direct
December 6, 2004
As part of Fannie Mae's continuing commitment to enhance our disclosures and achieve total transparency for our MBS investors, Fannie Mae will make available information for Multifamily Discount Mortgage-Backed Securities (DMBS) through PoolTalk® and Pool Data DirectTM beginning December 2004.

Fannie Mae Provides Information on SMBS
November 19, 2004
Fannie Mae provides details on SMBS trusts. Data provided will include the original face amount of SMBS certificates: recombined into Mega certificates; reconfigured into other SMBS certificates; and backing REMIC, SMBS, or other structured trusts. The data will be available on Fannie Mae's Mortgage-Backed Securities - Monthly Reporting Data section of fanniemae.com under "SMBS Absorption Report."

Fannie Mae Subtypes

Fannie Mae has changed the subtypes of adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) MBS pools and ARM Mega pools that were issued with subtype 192. All pools with subtype 192 have been changed to P92. An Excel file of the impacted pools is provided below.
